Laurence Allen Elder, of California, to be a Member of the Commission on the Social Status of Black Men and Boys. Fitton serves as the president of Judicial Watch, a citizen watchdog group that has brought many Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuits against the government, and Larry Elder is a conservative author and pundit known for speaking about racial issues. Fitton, who is also a contributor to Breitbart News, is well-known for speaking about his lawsuits against former President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State and 2016 Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
